I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.
— Mother Theresa

Hi there! I’m Dr. Kruer, and I work with high achieving helpers (doctors, medical residents, lawyers, therapists, and creative people). As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I help people to feel more confident, connected and whole. I have been working with clients for over 13 years and I believe if I help the helpers, change and healing can happen on a broader scale.

I try to be welcoming, straight-forward and collaborative in my therapeutic approach. I use an empathic theory- and research-based approach that combines several schools of therapy thought to help my clients in the best way that works for them. My clients tend to be creative, kind and ready to get to work. As the owner and clinical director at Echeveria Therapy Collective, my team and I are dedicated to providing excellent client-centered clinical care.

my professional background

I hold a B.A. in Global Studies from Long Island University, an M.A. in Art Therapy from New York University and a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute & University. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of California (License PSY28654), and an American Mensa member.

I have extensive training in cross-cultural and global studies as well as trauma-centered and trauma-focused clinical care. I am originally trained as a child and family psychologist with a focus on attachment and family systems. I’ve worked with clients ages 3-103 and love to understand the human experience throughout the lifespan.

She believed she could, so she did.
— R.S. Grey

Hey, I’m Ashley, and I work with high achievers living abroad or traveling. I get that life can be rocky and that sometimes you’re just trying to stay afloat. I know how to help people find their center and get through to the other side, intact, happy and resilient.

I help people struggling with a variety of issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and big life transitions.

I also have a strong passion for working with individuals struggling with their relationship with their body and the way that they see themselves in the world. Helping my clients feel confident in their own skin is something I understand and take as a life mission and is a cornerstone of my therapy philosophy.

My experience at different treatment centers and various levels of care, and my work with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, narrative and mindfulness based therapies, makes me well suited to help with negative thought patterns and with promoting self-love and self-confidence.

my professional background

I have previously worked in residential eating disorder treatment at Center for Discovery’s La Habra facility as the Program Director as well as a Primary Therapist at Rosewood’s previous Santa Monica location.

In addition to working as a therapist, I’m also a curve model for a few agencies in the United States as well as in Europe. I work with clients in a variety of mediums; some of these include magazine advertising, runway, website content for clothing retailers, as well as television.

In getting to work in this field, a lot of my efforts have involved linking my two professions by promoting body positive awareness as well as psychoeducation on the media and body image.

Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakes.
— Rumi

Hi, I’m Kayt, and I work with high achieving creatives (performing artists, visual artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs). I love working with clients who sometimes have a hard time seeing all of their strengths, even though they are doing so well. I understand that it can feel scary to take big risks and take a chance on yourself.

I’m here to help you step into your heart’s work and to live out your big goals. I also love helping couples with communication, connection and overall relationship health.

my professional background

Originally hailing from Ohio, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience specializing in couples, families, grief and creative individuals. In my practice, I have worked with individuals and couples identifying with all genders and sexual orientations.

I have a cross-cultural, multi-faith and multi-racial knowledge and I welcome all people to join me in the quest of enriching and improving their lives. I can help you reconnect with your partner, reclaim your creativity and regain the peace in your life.

I believe that all people hold the potential for healing and growth within themselves. In my holistic approach, you are the expert in your own life.

Hey, I’m Elisa, and I work with high achieving people. Whether you’re navigating a change in relationship, career, or an inner change, I can help.

My clients are typically young professionals who are striving and hustling in their careers. They often feel consumed by work and frustrated in their relationships. I’ll help you get unstuck and create a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I’m also passionate about working with couples. If you feel okay about your relationship, but you both want to feel great, my services could be a good fit. I help couples regain connection, let go of unhealthy patterns, and co-create a new relationship together.

my professional background

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and received my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.  My own personal journey with counseling and therapy has ignited my passion in working to support individuals and couples who are experiencing various presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction issues, relationship issues, and trauma.

I utilize an integrative and intuitive approach of therapy, drawing from psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, tailoring the treatment to each client’s potential for growth and healing.  My goal is to provide an empathic and nonjudgmental space for you to explore areas you’re struggling with or are feeling stuck. With a compassionate spirit, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
