Originally hailing from Ohio, Kayt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience specializing in couples, families, grief and creative individuals. In her practice, she has worked with individuals and couples identifying with all genders and sexual orientations.

Kayt has cross-cultural, multi-faith and multi-racial knowledge and welcomes all people to join her in the quest of enriching and improving their lives. Kayt can help you reconnect with your partner, reclaim your creativity and regain the peace in your life.

Kayt holds a BS from Ohio University’s prestigious Scripps School of Journalism with a minor in Women’s Studies and Psychology. In 2011, she received her MS from California State University Northridge for Educational Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy.

Kayt has over 100 hours of training in grief related healing work and has volunteered her time as a camp counselor for Camp Erin for years helping children heal from the loss of a loved one. Kayt also worked in Los Angeles for over 5 years in the DCFS realm reunifying families and helping them heal from trauma. In addition to therapy, Kayt is a trained Reiki healer and vocalist.

Kayt believes that all people hold the potential for healing and growth within themselves. In her holistic approach, you are the expert in your own life and have the capability of unearthing the tools for healing with the help of a compassionate and motivating therapist.
