Adriane Kruer, PsyD

Dr. Kruer is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and is the owner and Clinical Director of Echeveria Psychotherapy Center. She works primarily with adult children of complicated families. Dr. Kruer is trained as a clinical psychologist with an emphasis on family systems, attachment theory, and complex PTSD. Her approach includes a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic interventions. Dr. Kruer is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and is loves to use humor and a transparent perspective on psychology theory in her work.

Ashley Ellis, LMFT

Ashley has her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and BA in Cognitive Psychology from UC Irvine. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience at the out patient, Intensive Out Patient, Partial Hospitalization, and Residential levels of care. As a result, she considers herself to be a clinician who is able to work with clients where they are at, as well as support them in getting ready to transition to lower levels of care and back to being able to more fully participate in their lives. She currently works with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues including eating disorders, anxiety, and depression at Fig Tree Therapy Center in downtown Los Angeles as well as has a private practice in Pasadena. She has previously worked in residential eating disorder treatment at Center for Discovery’s La Habra facility as the Program Director as well as a Primary Therapist at Rosewood’s previous Santa Monica location.

In addition to working as a therapist, Ashley also is a curve model for a few agencies in the United States as well as in Europe. She works with clients in a variety of mediums; some of these include magazine advertising, runway, website content for clothing retailers, as well as television. In getting to work in this field, a lot of Ashley’s efforts have involved linking her two professions by promoting body positive awareness as well as psycho education on the media and body image.

Katharine Pattee, LMFT

Originally hailing from Ohio, Kayt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience specializing in couples, families, grief and creative individuals. In her practice, she has worked with individuals and couples identifying with all genders and sexual orientations. She has cross-cultural, multi-faith and multi-racial knowledge and welcomes all people to join her in the quest of enriching and improving their lives. Kayt can help you reconnect with your partner, reclaim your creativity and regain the peace in your life.

Kayt has a BS from Ohio University’s prestigious Scripps School of Journalism with a minor in Women’s Studies and Psychology. In 2011, she received her MS from California State University Northridge for Educational Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. She has over 100 hours of training in grief related healing work and has volunteered her time as a camp counselor for Camp Erin for years helping children heal from the loss of a loved one. Kayt worked in Los Angeles for over 5 years in the DCFS realm reunifying families and helping them heal from trauma. In addition to therapy, Kayt is a trained Reiki healer and vocalist.

Kayt believes that all people hold the potential for healing and growth within themselves. In her holistic approach, you are the expert in your own life and have the capability of unearthing the tools for healing with the help of a compassionate and motivating therapist. Kayt can help to introduce a new way of thinking and a fresh perspective on life stressors.
